Professional Fees

At Canada Visa Express, we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and personalized pricing.

While many of our immigration services have standard professional fees, we do not publish a fee schedule on our website because every client's circumstances are different. Before providing a quotation, we first need to understand your immigration history, current status, and long-term goals.

For example, some applicants may be applying for the first time, while others may have experienced previous refusals, loss of status, inadmissibility concerns, or other complexities that require additional professional representation. In other cases, clients may initially believe they qualify for a specific immigration program, but after a professional assessment, we may determine that a different immigration pathway is more appropriate based on their individual circumstances. Some matters also involve multiple immigration services, which may affect the scope of representation.

Our professional fees are reviewed periodically to reflect changes in Canadian immigration legislation, government policies, and the level of professional services required. Rather than publishing pricing that may become outdated or may not accurately reflect your situation, we provide every prospective client with a personalized quotation following a professional consultation.

Consultation Fee

The consultation fee with Maryam (Mary) Pineda, RCIC (R525528), President, Founder, and Head Immigration Consultant, is CAD $200.00.

If you retain Canada Visa Express for the immigration matter discussed during your consultation within five (5) business days, your consultation fee will be credited toward your professional service fee, making your consultation an investment in your immigration journey.

Before any representation begins, you will receive a detailed Retainer Agreement outlining the scope of representation, professional fees, applicable government fees, and payment schedule, ensuring complete transparency before any work is undertaken.
