At Canada Visa Express, every client receives a personalized immigration experience led by Maryam (Mary) Pineda, RCIC (R525528), President, Founder, and Head Immigration Consultant. Unlike many firms where clients rarely communicate with the licensed consultant after signing a retainer, Mary remains actively involved throughout every stage of your file, providing strategic oversight, reviewing your application, and ensuring it meets the highest professional standards before submission.

Step 1 — Retainer Agreement & File Opening

Your immigration journey begins with a comprehensive consultation and the execution of a detailed Retainer Agreement outlining the scope of representation, professional fees, and payment schedule. Once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received, your file is officially opened with Canada Visa Express. Mary will conduct an initial strategic assessment of your immigration goals, after which your file is assigned to one of our dedicated Case Administrators who will assist in coordinating your application under Mary's direct supervision.

Step 2 — Personalized Strategy & Document Checklist Meeting

Every application is unique. During your personalized Document Checklist Meeting, our team will carefully review your education, employment, immigration, and personal history to develop a strategy tailored specifically to your circumstances. Based on Mary's professional assessment, we prepare a comprehensive, customized document checklist and provide detailed guidance on how each document should be obtained and prepared to satisfy Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements. This stage ensures that potential concerns are identified early and addressed proactively before your application is finalized.

Step 3 — Comprehensive Document Review & Quality Assurance

As your documents are received, our team conducts a meticulous review for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with Canadian immigration requirements. Once the documentation has been assembled, Mary personally reviews the application strategy, supporting evidence, and documentation to ensure your file accurately reflects your circumstances and is prepared to the highest professional standard. Should additional documentation, clarification, or supporting evidence be required, we will work closely with you until your application is complete and submission-ready.

Step 4 — Final Review, Client Recap & Application Submission

Before your application is submitted, we conduct a comprehensive Recap Meeting to review your complete application package with you. This meeting provides an opportunity to discuss the forms, supporting documents, and overall submission strategy while addressing any final questions you may have. Following Mary's final review and approval, your application is professionally submitted on your behalf. Our representation does not end there. We continue to monitor your application, respond to correspondence from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) when required, keep you informed of important updates, and remain available to provide ongoing guidance until a final decision has been rendered on your file.
